Delivery Terms
Regular Orders should be placed before 8.00 PM to get delivery on next day between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM within 24 Hours. (We need 48 hours to deliver in Ramazan month only)
#1 Before placing an order, please check if home delivery facility is available in your Pincode. Enter the Pincode below and click on “Check Availability”
#2 Buy Halal Shop major focus and aim is to deliver halal products which are (i) fresh, (ii) best quality and (iii) reasonably priced. Arranging best quality and healthy products at reasonable prices is a time consuming task. Hence we need your support in delivering the fresh, tender (makes your food delicious) and non-frozen food at your door step.
#3 In order to fulfill our aim as mentioned in point #2, we need to procure products from various vendors. Relying only on one vendor means to sell what ever quality or price they give. Hence, we rely on vendors who provide fresh, best quality and reasonable priced products for the day. We may change vendors every day based on our quality standards.
#4 Hence, we require about 24 Hours time to process your order. Simply put, if you order today before 8.00 PM, your order will be delivered next day between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM. Meat is delivered on same day without storage or frozen. Read our process here Halal Meat Home Delivery
#5 Once the order is placed, our executive will call to confirm your order. Payment should be made in advance, to process the order. Once order is confirmed, you cannot cancel the order, because we procure items from various vendors and it is impossible to return them.
#6 The management has every right to reschedule or cancel the order based on availability of products. The same shall be communicated and the customers are requested to completely support us in this matter. As our priority is to deliver only halal and best quality products. We do not deliver just anything we get in the market. We deliver only the best.
#7 If any item is out of stock from the order, the amount related to such item shall be refunded. If the order is completely cancelled, then the total amount of the order shall be refunded.
Refunds are 100% Guaranteed, the customers should always remember that our firm strictly follows Halal Standards. And none of the amount shall be wrongly with-held. The refund amount will be processed within 3 working days as necessary verification and approvals are required. The customers are requested to support us in this matter.
#8 We charge a delivery fee of Rs. 100/- for all orders. There is free home delivery for orders above Rs. 2000/-. Please remember that most of our income is generated only through delivery charges, as we source products from various vendors and deliver at same price to customers. Please remember, you save lot more than Rs. 100/- on your orders in terms of lower prices, time and energy.
#9 Final Prices may slightly vary depending on the daily market rates. It may be a little bit increased or decreased. The difference will be adjusted accordingly with mutual consent.
