Refund Policy

Orders should be made before 8.00 PM every day to get next day delivery between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM

#1 Orders once placed will not be cancelled. As we source from various vendors on day to day basis and it’s impossible to return them. Hence, please think twice before confirming your order.

#2 If the customer gets a visibly damaged product, then the same product shall be either replaced or refunded based on availability of logistics.

#3 Refunding of amount usually takes about 3 days to complete the process of verification and approvals. Hence the customers should maintain patience during the process. Rest assured, it is a guarantee that we do not withhold even a single rupee which does not belong to us.
